Appointment Policies

Booking Appointments

Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or email. All appointments are subject to therapist availability and confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a full session fee charge.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service
• We accept cash, bank transfers, and major credit cards
• Insurance claims assistance available upon request
• Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts

Confidentiality

All therapy sessions and communications are strictly confidential.

Professional Boundaries

• Therapy relationships are professional and therapeutic in nature
• Contact outside of sessions should be limited to scheduling
• Gifts between therapists and clients are not appropriate
• Social media connections with clients are not permitted

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the therapeutic relationship with appropriate notice. We will provide referrals to other qualified professionals when appropriate.
